Right then

This is my position. This is me trusting you lot so don't talk about this, EVER

Well last year my Mother who is the 'Bread Winner' of the family was in a position of being made redundant except it was a low risk thing and she is key to the business. She held onto her job. Around two weeks ago she got told that there is a very high possibility that she will be made redundant within the next 6 months. Real shit hole to be in atm. With the credit crunch nobody wants to hire anybody. This is why i need a scholarship. And i mean desperately. Getting a scholarship to Bedford School will be much easier if Bed Mod doesn't give me one, which is also an unfortunately high possibility.

I don't want to move. I hate the thought. I will then be in a school where everybody looks down on me. Oh yay. I can imagine the conversation with one of them.

Jobber: So what sport did you get a scholarship for, Football
Me: No
Jobber: Rugby
Me: No
Jobber: Cricket
Me: No
Jobber: Swimmer
Me: No
Jobber: Ok what?
Me: Badminton
Jobber: WTF's Badminton

Anyway, My mums applied for the few jobs she could find and today we got a phone call from someone in London telling her that she was being looked into as a candidate for one of the jobs she applied for. I don't think anything's going to come of it though because she would have to comute and it would be a really stressful job.

So that's the S**thole i'm in at the moment.

Not a great view from here.

And Yet i'm smiling, still f*****g smiling.

    hope for the best- hopefully she'll get the job.

    if u leave im sure my blonde hair will make u smile even tho evry1 else will be sad.

    Surely bedford modern cld give u a scholarship and u cld stay?

    bedmod only give a sport scholarship so u cant get one for an individual sport u have to be an allrounder thats why fitzy dont got one

    greg. i know how you feel entirely. the moment i start failing in bms. they are not going to keep me (dont pay for the fees)
    we dont earn alot. and don't have anything for uni LOL
    :(

    i swear they sometimes give like a half scholorship. if not we cld just threaten them with a yr 10 revolt so theyd be forced into giving him a scholarship.

    i kno how u feel, well to be out on money. hang in there, it will all get better, and if u believe in karma (which i would strongly advise against due to recent experementatious experience) evrything will go well for u, even if it doesn't we're all here for u.
